The Launch Event brings together innovators, businesses, partners, investors, and community leaders to set the tone for the festival. Exhibiting gives you a powerful opportunity to raise your profile, generate leads, and connect with a highly engaged audience from across the region.

Each exhibitor space includes:

A dedicated single table (6ft table) or double (2x 6ft table) on request
Space for pull-up banners or small displays
Inclusion in event marketing and exhibitor listings
Access to the event networking sessions

Located on Worcester's High Street and open to the public, this high-footfall, high-engagement event is designed to maximise visibility and meaningful conversations.

Exhibitor spaces are available at a fixed rate of £99+VAT per single space, or £150+VAT for double. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Exhibitor Terms & Conditions

By booking an exhibition space, all exhibitors agree to the following terms:

1. Event Participation

Exhibitors agree to use their space in a professional manner and ensure their display, materials, and staff are appropriate for a business and public audience.

2. Set-Up and Breakdown

Exhibitors must arrive and depart within the times specified by the event organisers. All displays must be removed at the end of the event.

3. Health, Safety & Conduct

Exhibitors are responsible for the safety of their stand, equipment, and materials. Any behaviour that is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate may result in removal from the event without refund.

4. Promotion & Branding

Exhibitors grant permission for their business name and logo to be used in event marketing, exhibitor listings, and promotional materials related to TechFest 2026.

5. Liability

Exhibitors are responsible for their own property and equipment. The event organisers accept no liability for loss, damage, or theft.

6. Cancellation

Once booked, exhibitor spaces are non-refundable. If an exhibitor can no longer attend, the organisers may, at their discretion, offer the space to another exhibitor.
